Latest desktop version does not start on Windows 10 pro 32 bit
Also the portable version does not work.
Windows app 2022 8.1 works fine

I installed an update from the Microsoft Store today and the app stopped starting.
Reinstalling didn’t help.

Just updated the Windows app to 2022 9.0 from the Windows Store and the app also stops working. Browser extensions working fine.
The team is continuing to investigate, for anyone experiencing this issue, let us know if either of the 2 direct downloads from the Bitwarden website resolves the issue.

Both versions do not start.
Why has a bug ridden update been relesed. I use opera and its not loading the extension. Over 200 passwords not accessible. Ive uninstalled … reinstalled and nothing… This is causing great stress. Recall it and send out the previous version 2022.8 and also do not auto update it again. I thought I had switched off auto update.
I have the same problem with PC using Windows 10. The Android version works on my phone. This problem began less than 14 hours ago. At that time I was still entering new passwords.
It is now 2:08 PM (14:08) EDT.

In the meantime you can grab a direct download from the Bitwarden website or 2022.8.1 via Github.
