I found the request for offline management and the unable to fetch message, but I never got that message.
I host my own bitwarden and today I noticed that Docker had been down for 2 days (bitwarden is the only thing currently running in Docker). Yet, in Bitwarden app or addon, I never received a notification when auto filling passwords.
Besides the fact that I need something to notify me of a service being down, I think it would be a good thing if the app or addon would notify me that it can’t sync or reach the server and is using cached results.
