I Upgraded two mobile devices to iOS / iPadOS 16.6 today (July 26, 2023 18:00 UTC+1).
Since then, i cannot log into my account on any of these devices through the iOS App.
Error mentions ‘Traffic from your network looks unusual [Error Code 6]’. I didn’t use any VPN.
I already reinstalled the apps and rebooted the devices : behavior is the same.
On the exact same network (identical external IP), my desktop browser extensions and the web vault work fine.
The problem also occurs when my iPhone is on cellular data.
Could it be a problem with the latest iOS release ?
I’m not sure when it started l, but I’m also getting Error 6 at least since yesterday (07/25/23). I’m using an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 16.6. I’ve also tried turning cellular data off/on twice and airplane mode on/off and deleted and re-downloaded —iOS app still giving error 6. I’m able to log in son a browser.
I just upgraded to IOS 16.6 and installed the latest version of Bitwarden and I am getting the same error. I tried connecting using two WiFi networks and my cellular network. I also tried connecting with my VPN, Same error with all attempts.
I can connect with the web app from the same iPhone on all of the connections. It really sounds like a problem with the latest release of the Bitwarden IOS app.
