Before I begin, I thought nothing happened nothing happens when I tried to use the links for the suggested topics on the right.

Not sure what you mean. Here are the three linked topics, in case you wish to see them:

Just by chance, I finally stumbled upon this. Don’t you think it should be a lot more obvious, and “minimizing the composer panel” doesn’t really inform you.

That said, Is there now a way to open Bitwarden directly from the toolbar button?

Follow the instructions for how to “Pin the Extension” to create a clickable Bitwarden icon at the top of your browser; clicking the icon opens the browser extension.
