I am having the same problem. I just did a fresh install of my Android phone and the app is not recognizing my master password. But it works on Chrome and Firefox on my computers.
Same here. iPhone, Mac, ipad, windows laptop…everything works except for my android phone. All i get is ‘an error has occured’. (How about a more useful message ?!)
Tried a reinstall; tried 4g network, different wifi, vpn off, vpn on. It might be a coincidence but last few days the phone was refusing to fill-in any log in credentials to other apps unless i logged in to the BW app with a password first (ie it was not accepting biometric login).
In my case the problem arose after a factory reset of my phone. Overall the app has been a bit buggy of late. It stopped allowing me to use my pin code on Chrome…
I don’t know if it’s the same issue, but my problem is that I get a “an error has ocurred.” message and can’t log in, it works on everything but my phone
as an update, I’ve tried everything suggested here and the problem still persists; I even restores my phone to factory settings and set it up from scratch, I still get the same message, honestly I’m frustrated and at a loss, I’ve been an user for four years and this month would have started my fifth, but there is no point on continuing paying for a service I’m unable to get, I understand that perhaps there is an issue on my side, but I don’t know what else to do, I’ve done it all
I also can’t log in on my Android phone (“An error has occurred”) despite being able to login to the web vault. In fact, I can log in on a completely different Android phone but not mine…pretty disappointing
well, after doing a factory reset and making sure everything was up to date again, I regain access to my vault through the android app, don’t know exactly what I did, but at least everything is working fine at the moment
For me I just reinstalled the app. Before I tried to “Clean All Data” in settigns, but didn’t worked. All my files are working now. Videos are good. Nice.
