Cannot login on Android

Hello, I get wrong username or password when trying to log in Bitwarden android app.

Logon data works on the web version, not on android.

Entered correctly, 100%. Tried several times, no luck.

Please help.

I had the same problem.

There is an option for US or Europe somewhere and that had to be set to US to work even tho I live in the EU.

Hi,
I am encountering the exact same problem. I can login to the web vault and to the browser extension but not in the Android app. Then I get “An error has occurred. Username or password is incorrect. Try again.” Just switched to Bitwarden from LastPass but I already encountered several issues.

Where do I find this setting/option for US vs Europe?
