I can’t login to my account - Firefox/Chrome

Hi Team,
I am unable to login to my bitwarden account this morning. I tried chrome and firefox, both of them are causing the authentication failure. Anyone else having this issue? MY mobile app is working fine, but I am unable to access vault via browsers (Firefox and Chrome tested)

? (if you’re in the US).

Make sure you aren’t trying (on FF or Chrome) trying to log into some other geographical location (server) for Bitwarden.

This is no guarantee. If your mobile app is already logged in, and you are simply using the app by unlocking it (especially if unlocking using biometrics or a PIN), then it is possible that you are also no longer able to authenticate (log in) on the mobile app. Thus, if something happens that should cause you to get logged out of your mobile app (e.g., some operating system update, or some server maintenance performed by Bitwarden, or if you change any security settings related to your Bitwarden account), then there is a chance that you could permanently lose access to your Bitwarden vault.

Thus, it is imperative that you create a vault export immediately (using the .json format, either unencrypted or password protected), if you do not already have a recent backup. In addition, you need to sort out your authentication issue urgently.

As suggested by @bwuser10000, try logging in both on https://vault.bitwarden.com/#/login and on https://vault.bitwarden.eu/#/login. Do neither work? Do you get an error message?
