Help! Locked Out of My Bitwarden Account After Changing Email

I need help with a problem I’m experiencing with my Bitwarden account. Recently, I updated my email address associated with my account, and now I’m unable to log in.

Here are the details:

  • I changed my email address in Bitwarden but did not change my master password.
  • After updating my email, I was logged out of both the desktop app and the mobile app.
  • When I try to log in with my new email address and my existing master password, I receive an error and cannot access my account.
  • I have not made any backups of my vault, so I’m concerned about losing access to my saved passwords.
  • I also requested a master password hint, but I am not receiving any emails.
