I need help with a problem I’m experiencing with my Bitwarden account. Recently, I updated my email address associated with my account, and now I’m unable to log in.
Here are the details:
- I changed my email address in Bitwarden but did not change my master password.
- After updating my email, I was logged out of both the desktop app and the mobile app.
- When I try to log in with my new email address and my existing master password, I receive an error and cannot access my account.
- I have not made any backups of my vault, so I’m concerned about losing access to my saved passwords.
- I also requested a master password hint, but I am not receiving any emails.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any suggestions on how to recover my account, I would greatly appreciate your help.
