Can't log with Chrome extension on one profile

I have a new computer I just set up and could not connect to Bitwarden from the chrome extension.
At some point I tried with another Google account (another session I don’t know the exact term) and it worked perfectly.
Every time I try I have a message saying : username or password is incorrect

Do you know what can I do?
I am using Chrome Version 115.0.5790.114 (arm64)
and for the extension 2023.7.0

I would double check your Region setting (just below your account/email address) on login. Most users are on the US Region (not related to your physical location) and having that set incorrectly may be the culprit.
