Bitwarden Blocking Company's IP Address, Production Down

Hello Bitwarden community,

One of our end-users reported the following error regarding rate limiting and false positives related to rate limiting abuse prevention for the API. A screenshot of the error is attached to this message.

Our production is down without end-users able to conduct daily duties. I have not heard back from BW Support, and I have no root cause or workarounds at this time. And the block has not expired for over 12 hours now.

Hi! The team is working on this currently, they received both tickets (28 and 15 minutes ago, respectively) and will reach out ASAP with any questions/updates.
