Serious Problem with Master Password unlocking

I’m facing a very serious and super worrying problem since the past around 30days.
When I want to open saved password protected by master password:

  1. on my mobile phone Samsung Note8
    the app crashes
  2. On my Chrome extension:
    The button wont do anything and literally I can’t show/copy those passwords protected via master password…

This is a deadly serious issue.
I’ve tried multiple time delete each of them. some time they work for the first time, but after a couple of days, both of them not working again…

What is the problem? What should I do?

Hi @Abbas_Hoseini, Thank you for sharing. There are some known situations to be addressed in the next release. In the interim, you can try setting your vault to unlock with a master password and/or use the web app temporarily. Also feel free to reach out to the team via the /help page on the website.
