In Microsoft Edge navigator, when I introduce the master password to unlock my vault pressing enter, it didn’t works. Just close the pop up/window from the extension and keeps locked.
Hi @Karb_Ono, did this previously work for you? Have you tried reinstalling the extension, or restarting your browser?
Did you try popping out the extension and see if the same issue occurs?
You could also try temporarily disabling other installed extensions to make sure there is no interference.

It works next reinstalling the extension. I didn’t notice about I should have tried that. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your fast help!
