Is there a way to search my vault with a password that I used multiple times on different websites?

I’d like to change them to a secure generated password, but I don’t remember all of the sites that I’ve used it on.

No, I don’t think so. But if you’re a premium user you can see all of your reused passwords in the reports section in the web vault.
