Welcome.
Can you give some details, i.e. what error(s) occur at what step in the process?
It says on this screen and each time I click continue it just pops up until it fails

That’s asking if you want to create a Passkey, in your BW vault, to log into BW itself.
I don’t use Passkeys to access my vault so I can’t tell you how to make that work, if that’s what you are intending to do. Someone else more knowledgeable on vault access via Passkeys can probably jump in and assist.
The Bitwarden app supports fingerprint login, so to my mind, there is no need for a PassKey.
@Whisperbird Can you tell, from that screenshot, if it’s trying to create and save a password to access his vault or for whatever the website under the popup is?
It’s a llttle confusing since the prompt is "Create passkey for vault.bitwarden dot com".
Good eye! I’m fairly sure that this (saving a Bitwarden login passkey in your vault) is intentionally prohibited.
@Donovan_Pretorius What are you trying to accomplish exactly? What is this passkey going to be used for?
I fear TS is using the browser extension on his mobile.
So I am new to this but I thought the passkey can be used to allow me to sign into different places without needing to enter the master password each time.
I wanted to use my phones finger print to allow me to sign into my different accounts on my web broswer
This is possible, but it would not involve Bitwarden at all. Store the passkeys on your phone, and access them with your fingerprint.
In the Bitwarden browser extension, go to Settings > Notifications, and disable the option “Ask to Save and Use Passkeys”. You will then be prompted to save passkeys on your phone instead.
If you store passkeys in Bitwarden, then you would first have to unlock your vault to access them, and secondly input some form of “user verification” (fingerprint or PIN) each time that you use a passkey to log in to a site. In addition, as noted above, passkeys that are used for logging in to your Bitwarden account cannot be stored in your Bitwarden vault.
