I would like to know if Bitwarden offers the option of storing passwords offline/locally only, without having them uploaded to the cloud. I am looking for an alternative to MYKI, which has an offline/local vault and uses relay servers to sync the encrypted vault between devices (P2P).
Thank you.

Yes they do - see more details here:
Hey topuser.
I don’t know if this kind of feature will ever be made or implemented in the bitwarden tool. However, there are several p2p database requests on bitwarden, which you could vote on if you find it interesting:
- Option to use P2P filesystem instead of server (IPFS)
- Serverless storage with P2P sync of database or collection like in MYKI
I hope I have helped with useful information about requested resources related to this question.
I would like to contribute to the Bitwarden community. As I have no way of re-editing the message I sent, I would like to add that there are local network type database requests. For example, in that request there is a request to locally synchronize the data. I think this request is similar to this request: Offline usage/storage on PC with mobile device WLAN-Sync
