Not receiving 2fa emails

I reinstalled my browser and added the Bitwarden extension.
When I tried to log in to my account I didn’t receive the email with the 2fa code. I’m not self hosting so I’m using the official bitwarden cloud.

I tried logging in to the web vault too with no luck.

Checked spam folder. Logged in to the web interface of my email provider to check if my mail client is messed up or something still nothing. Gave it an hour. Still nothing.

I searched for previous verification mails and in december of last year I received one. So generally I don’t think there should be an issue on my end.

Is there an issue atm?
Anybody else receiving mails from bitwarden?

For the record, though I don’t use email-based 2FA, I did enable it on one of my test accounts to see if I could reproduce your issue. I can confirm that I haven’t received the expected email via a mailbox after waiting several minutes.

Hey another update here. I created a ticket. Up until now, I haven’t got a confirmation mail, that the ticket was created. I assume that is an automated process.
