Migrating between hosted and self-hosted Bitwarden

Hello,

what is the most effective way to migrate between the Bitwarden-hosted and a self-hosted Bitwarden installation (going either way)?
And what about moving from one self-hosted host to another (e.g. when I switch servers)?

Just do an export of the user vault and and import to the new server.
