On Android:

• When creating a new login, the “Notes” field is hidden under “Additional Options”, which makes it easy to miss. For many users (especially non-technical ones), this adds unnecessary friction.

Not about creating new vault items, but when editing them: Mobile apps: Expand Additional Options when editing and notes or custom fields exist

• The search function does not seem to include the Notes field, unlike on desktop. It would be great to have consistent behavior across platforms.

There are at least those two related feature requests: Full search function on Mobile apps and Search within and inside all notes

On Windows (Desktop):

• The Notes field does not automatically resize when it contains a lot of text. Having it expand dynamically would greatly improve usability without needing to resize the window manually.

That is actually a bug – though there are also some feature requests about it: Allow the user to modify the DEFAULT SIZE of the NOTES field and Full-sized Notes box with one click.
