Impossible to add user in enterprise plan

Hello,
I am trying to add user in our enterprise plan, but it’s impossible because we have only 2 licenses.
I already wrote to support, but they told me exactly as it’s written in the help section, but i don’t see the same option in my panel. Sorry the interface is in french, i don’t know how to change it.

Could you tell me how to add license to my account ?

I haven’t used the enterprise plan, so this might not be the best solution
Click on Gérer. The screenshot you sent shows the organization settings
then Inviter un utilisateur
Enter the email of the user and choose the user type Type d’utilisateur
The user will get an invite. He or she will have to accept.
After the user has accepted the invite go to the same page, click on the gear icon and press confirm Confirmer

Hi all!I’m an admin but cannot add more users to an organization.

I go to Settings->Organizations->[company name]->Manage->People->“+invite user” and fill in the details, but then get an alert "You have reached the maximum number of users (20) for this organization.

How can I increase this limit?

Edit : Turned out you need to be “owner” to do this. “admin” users lack privileges.

Only the owner can do that change, they need to go to Bitwarden Web vault > Settings > Organization > {NAME OF THE ORGANIZATION} > Settings > Subscription

If you want to add one more user, I think you need to pay more. The enterprise plan is per month per user. Did you notice the number 2 next to “All”? That means 2 users

it was my first idea, so yesterday i add more money in credit (i am using a paypal account)

Add User Seats

You can add user seats at any time by logging into the Web Vault (https://vault.bitwarden.com) and going to SettingsOrganizations → {YOUR ORG NAME} → Settings sub-tab → Subscription . There you can locate the User Seats section and select the Add Seats button.

Note

The cost will be automatically prorated and debited based on the billing cycle.

Remove User Seats

You can remove user seats at any time by logging into the Web Vault (https://vault.bitwarden.com) and going to SettingsOrganizations → {YOUR ORG NAME} → Settings sub-tab → Subscription . There you can locate the User Seats section and select the Remove Seats button.

Note

A credit for any unused time will be automatically issued to the account balance.
