I am unable to make a payment using Paypal because I keep getting an error message that reads “Failed to create Paypal customer record” (see attached screenshot). I am trying to buy a premium subscription from India. I don’t have a credit card so I can’t make a payment that way. Any idea how I might be able to get a premium subscription?

If you do not have a credit/debit card, and are having issues with the PayPal transaction, perhaps another option you could use is Bitcoin?
You may have this already set up, or it may not be too difficult.
However otherwise if not then I wish the best of luck and hopefully the PayPal issue can be resolved as I know that is one preferred international payment method, and even overall for secure online payments.
