Subscription process stopped incomplete

Hello.
We wanted to go Premium with both of our accounts, and while it worked for me flawless, it didn’t complete for my wife.
Bitwarden accepted the payment option and shows this on the payment tab, but it never created a subscription or invoice and consequently hasn’t enabled the Premium status.
We also can’t remove the payment option.
Tried 2 cards to no avail.

Has anyone seen this before?

We did contact support yesterday but haven’t heard anything so far.

Did you get an automatic response from support (to acknowledge your support request)?

A general email, yes, however no ticket or support number.

OK, then they should be getting back to you in the near future.

This was swiftly corrected by the accounting team.
Looks like a glitch in the system.
