Excluded domains not syncing across devices

i have numerous domains excluded in bitwarden browser extension (chrome)

I installed the extension in edge on a different PC, it synced all my passwords etc, however it hasn’t synced the excluded domains - is this intended behaviour?

Yes. That’s a local configuration only in that one extension, which isn’t synced.

There is a feature request related to that: Sync Bitwarden settings, like "Lock after X minutes" or PIN

is there any way to copy them across or is it a case of having to do each one individually again?

As there is no export/import mechanism for that, you have to do it manually.
