Emergency access only if I haven’t logged in/used Bitwarden in X amount of time

I’d like to have the idea of setting an emergency access contact and leaving it without worrying when they will get access to my vault. If I could set it so that if I haven’t accessed any (or a subset of) Bitwarden features (copy, login, etc) then allow emergency access to a designated user. Each time I perform a designated action, the timer gets reset. The amount of time before granting emergency access is configurable.
