I have an issue where I am trying to use another browser and I cannot receive the verification email. I sent an email to support but I never got a response from the Bitwarden team. I have looked in my junk, spam etc. I have tried over the course of 3 weeks. It never works. I did a search here and see the issue happened to someone else but the Bitwarden team fixed it on their end. Any way I can get support? Thanks!
Hi - I just tired the web portal and I receive the same prompt “We don’t recognize this device. Enter the code sent to your email to verify your identity” — Maybe I did not contact support correctly as I did not get a trouble ticket - I used the contact Us on the Bitwarden website. I will try to open a ticket now. Thanks , CDR
