This happened first when trying to confirm a Google Play Store install, now confirmed with github.com.
Is there any other setting required for Bitwarden to present passkeys?
E.g. GitHub is not on your “Excluded domains” list?
And just to be sure: you have a passkey for GitHub stored in your vault and associated with github.com?
No excluded domains, Passkeys for both Google and Github.
i.e. “it worked previously” 
You use the beta browser extension? - I can remember, that there were reports about passkey-related problems with the beta. E.g. here: Bitwarden Browser Extension UI Design Refresh - Early Preview Now Available - #41 by kpiris
Otherwise I have no immediate idea… and am not familiar with Mac.
