Just to be sure: you are not talking about the desktop app, right? (you chose the tag app:desktop and not the tag app:browser…)
What is your BW extension version then exactly?
I think, the current version is 138… so you could update that already.
Do you mean indeed only opening the extension - or after you typed in your email, master password and 2FA? - Either way, did you try to click somewhere else and re-open the extension window afterwards?
