Hey, greetings. So, Bitwarden keep telling me that my Password or User it’s incorrect. But it just happens with the Mobile App version. I checked and everything it’s correct. Password, Location, Time, Host etc. Btw, my device it’s a Redmi Note 12 4G and i’m from Brazil. Did someone know how to solve or also are with the same problems?

Are you attempting to log in or to unlock? If logging in, you will usually be asked to enter you email address first, and on the password screen, there will be a button that says “Log in with Master Password”. If unlocking, the password prompt screen will typically say “Verify Identity”, and there should be a button that says “Unlock”.
If you are logging in, then make sure that the server region is correctly selected on the email input screen (e.g., below the email input field, there should be an option that says “Logging in on: bitwarden.com”, where you can change the selected server to bitwarden.eu, if applicable).
Hi, thank you for your attetion. Yes, i’m attempting to log in. The server region it’s the same from my desktop app and account (bitwarden.com). I really don’t know why i can’t access through the mobile app only. I’m able to login through the Mobile Browser so i don’t think it’s maybe something with my connection or IP?
Typically IP address issues would result in a different error message.
Does your email address or master password contain any characters that are not standard ASCII characters?
You might try uninstalling the mobile app and reinstalling the latest version, in case your installation became corrupted.
Hey, thank you. I menage to login after change my password one more time but now whitout any different character. Maybe my ‘‘Security’’ can be a bit committed with the new password but i’ll find out what’s going on.
Could be something with my inputs since my native language it’s Portuguese but my keyboard it’s English.
