The autofill shortcut (command + shift + L) stopped working on macOS safari (but not other browsers on macOS). However, while on Safari and if the vault is locked, the shortcut does trigger the unlocking request, but once unlocked, it stops working (autofill still possible by just clicking the extension icon, though).
Recently, I updated Bitwarden through the App Store, so I assume that update introduced the bug.
No common quick fix (restarting the computer/browser/extension) solves the issue.

Seems the most consistent temporary fix (with the latest 2024.9.* version) is to disable and then enable the extension. Don’t close/restart the browser, which triggers the problem again.
Thanks for your comment, that fix indeed works. I think I did try that before without success (but maybe I restarted the browser as well, or just didn’t work that time), anyway, I’m happy with this temporary solution.
