Is it possible to enable somehow 2FA code autofill? I know I have it on my clipboard ready to paste but would be great on some internal websites at least to be able to setup or configure this.

To answer your question, no that is not currently possible. But there is an open feature request to add this functionality to Bitwarden if you would like to add a vote and support it:
