Add timezone selection toSelf hosted installation

Hi,

It would be very interesting to have the choice of the timezone on self hosted installation (bitwarden.sh)
my machines are in UTC+2 but my bitwarden container is in UTC and a global variable would be very usefull for this.
Because of this missing feature, I can’t use 2FA authentication which cold make my server more secure.

Please could you implement this ?

hi @Thomas_FRAMERY - welcome! The timezones should not affect your install as long as the time is correct on each machine.

But regardless, an option will be very useful instead of converting the time everytime.
