Windows 11 - Bitwarden fails to work after start up

I have been a bitwarden user for several years. In the last week bitwarden desktop will not load after I have started my PC [Windows 11]. It continues to work in the browser plug in. The only way I have been able to get it to run is re-install it, where it works until I next turn off/of the PC.

It finds the app in search and menu but when you click on it nothing happens.

Hey Andrew, can you confirm if you are downloading from the Bitwarden website or Microsoft store?
