Premium Membership not recognized

My account show that I have an active “Premium Membership”. When I try to upload an attachment, a popup says I need to purchase a Premium Membership, then fails to upload.
I’ve repeatedly synced and refreshed license to no avail. Emailed technical support “NO HELP”
Any ideas would be appreciated.

No other option other than contacting support.
