I just bought this key on Amazon:

I tried to get it to work via the web portal but they would not enter in the field? Is it because the device is not supported?

That key will work with FIDO U2F only.

@kspearrin is right, you need to select FIDO U2F as the 2FA method for this key to work.

Just starting to explore this - so it appears that this device will work IF the selection above is made at time of installation???
Iā€™m need to roam multiple client sites so will this allow me to carry the database and open as needed on any computer?
