How do I bulk share items to a collection?

Add multiple items from the vault to the default collection instead of one by one.

  • Go to https://vault.bitwarden.com

  • Log in

  • Select My Vault

  • Click All Items

  • Select all items you want to move

  • Go to the settings

  • Select Share Selected

thank you. i got a message saying “You have selected 500 item(s). 1 items are sharable, 499 are not.”

“Organization members can create new items directly for any assigned Collection(s) unless they’re given Read Only access to that Collection.”
