How can I turn off the offers to save my password when not signed in to Bitwarden?

Hi All,
Bitwarden asks me if I wish to save a password and username when I’m not logged into Bitwarden. This is annoying because I do want to save passwords if they are not yet saved, but when Bitwarden is not logged in, it doesn’t know what passwords are known already, and so it is asking me on sites I already have saved the password on in Bitwarden, and I have to log in to find this out. Is there a way around this?
