Hi, when I edit any entry, Bitwarden automatically fills the Name field with the name of another entry (always the same one). I then have to retype the name of the original entry in that Name field before I save it.
Sorry, I have no idea what’s causing this, thus my question.

Is it possible for you to send a screen recording? (If its in the mobile app, you cannot take screenshots).?
Actually a user suggested that another password manager could be interfering. As I had just recently installed Bitwarden and was still testing it, I still had the Lastpass extension installed on my Chrome browser. I removed the LP extension and this problem went away.

That is the sort of thing that only becomes obvious when you see it
