The space in the box for email 2FA recovery codes isn’t sufficient. For example, Gmail provides 10 codes, each 8 digits long.
There could be other changes to be made. This is just an example.
While it’s true that users can modify the form with the ODT file, it’s not the same as the fillable PDF.
So, what I’m suggesting is either to update the fillable PDF or, better yet, provide the source file for it.

The source file was a Google Doc, which was removed when the community raised concerns about users accidentally saving their information on Google’s servers. If you would like, you can still access the doc, save a copy to your Google drive, modify it as you wish, then export it into whatever word processing software you prefer for filling.
Just to note that the ODT version of the file (available from Bitwarden security readiness kit | Bitwarden) is also fully editable in all major word processing apps.
