Recently, Bitwarden desktop for macOS has quit unexpectedly following the few steps to reproduce.

  1. Open Bitwarden desktop
  2. Authenticate
  3. Select a Vault Item
  4. Copy a Valut Item Password
  5. Close Bitwarden (red jelly)
    !!! Bitwarden quit unexpectedly !!!

Curious if this is a “dust off the app by removing and reinstalling” or if there is a true issue to sort out.

Hello ddyof3. I have for you the ever-helpful (?) response, “not reproducible here”. However, while our Bitwarden versions are the same, I am three major steps up the road with macOS (v14.3.1).

As a wholly unscientific observation, my impression is that there are a few threads raising macOS issues where the version is Monterey (v12) or earlier.
