BItwarden Desktop doesn't recognise that I'm a premium customer, and points me to the website to purchase

I just bought Premium and tried to access TOTP in BitWarden Desktop since there is no manual entry to copy from the browser add-on. But Desktop says I’m not a premium member. How do I fix it?

Logout and log back in to update your profile. That should fix it.
