Bitwarden 2FA broken code

Just tried to login using just the 2FA code along with my Master password.

I use a hardware authenticator backed up on multiple devices.

When I enter the 6 digit code it say the …

An error has occurred.
Two-step token is invalid. Try Again.

How could the same code on multiple devices fail when I used the same initialization key for all of them and they match the original initialization key in the security settings on my Bitwarden account?

Am I being hacked?
