Can't log into app on Chromebook with correct credentials

Hello and welcome to the community,

1. Are you logging into the right cloud? There is bitwarden.com and bitwarden.eu (selectable on the login page); they are not interchangeable. On a logged-in client, clicking on the top right icon with your initials should show your cloud.
2. Are you using non-ASCII characters in your password? Have you been able to log in successfully on another Chromebook before?
