According to the description of the “Account Encryption Key” document:
Each unique Bitwarden account has an encryption key derived from your Master Password
When I change my master password, does it automatically change account’s encryption key? I think it does, but I’m not sure.

It will only rotate if you have checked the box under the new master password that states “Also rotate my account’s encryption key”

Similarly, changing the encryption key setting (Change KDF) should not rotate the account’s encryption key, right?
