Web version - Every time I login I get 2 emails with the same 2FA code

Hi, since a couple of months ago, whenever I login into my account on the browser (Google Chrome), write my email, write my password, and then I get sent 2 duplicate emails with the same 2FA code, is this a bug or something?

Example, they are all multiples of 2, becasue of the duplicates.

I have had this issue for a while. It recently changed to sending 2 different codes every time, with only the second one being accepted.
