Warn we are offline *before* we edit

It would be best if we were warned we were offline before we got started editing an item.

Currently the warning only comes when it’s time to save the item.

This leaves the user in a desperate state, of 1) needing to get in his car and go find an internet connection. and in the meantime not daring to do anything on his cell phone. Or 2) throwing away his changes in order to continue using his cell phone. Thanks.

Many users might be used to editing their Google Contacts offline. And might assume the same could be done with Bitwarden. Therefore they might not expect this Catch-22.

There is no temporary way to save it except cutting and pasting it to like a Gmail draft or something. And upon rebooting the phone the unsaved changes are totally gone from Bitwarden.
