I revert to old bitwarden app because the latest app is not auto filling properly. It auto refresh when auto filling password. My device is samsung one UI 7 running android 15

Safe? I don’t think BW users are going to be able to tell you that. But that implementation is totally on a different development framework than the current one. You can’t file bugs against it, and you can’t ask Bitwarden support for it.

One year without security updates doesn’t sound like a good idea… (I think, more or less every single version update does - or at least potentially can - contain also security fixes)

I too use the Android app – and a workaround seems to be to just go back (after the unwanted refresh), and try auto-filling a second time. Then it works for me.

This bug is known to Bitwarden ([PM-25143] 2025.8.0 autofill logins disappear · Issue #5777 · bitwarden/android · GitHub) and I think @dwbit (from Bitwarden) mentioned a few days ago, that a fix probably will follow soon.
