I’d like to challenge the above assertion — the number of clicks required to drill down to a folder’s contents has not changed, except for some edge cases (e.g., if you have folders that contain a mix of vault items and subfolders, or if you routinely used a pop-out window or sidebar to display the “Vault” view in the old UI).
For most cases, accessing a folder’s contents required/requires the following steps:
