Unlock with "login-with-passkeys"-passkeys

Request:

Bitwarden currently allow passkeys to be used either as a second factor in two-step login (Passkey Two-Step Login), or as a login method (Login with Passkeys). This feature request proposes the use of the latter passkey type (which I’ll refer to as “login-passkeys”) as a new method for unlocking a locked vault — i.e., an alternative to unlocking with master password, PIN, or biometrics. Thus, if a user has configured a passkey to be used for logging in to their Bitwarden account, then they should have the option to enable an unlock option that uses that same “login-passkey” to authorize unlocking of the vault.

Please note that there is a separate feature request that proposes the ability to unlock a vault using passkeys that have been configured as a second factor in the two-step login process (but not “login-passkeys”): Unlock Bitwarden with 2FA, e.g. security key / YubiKey (instead of, not in addition to password)
