Prevent Bitwarden from filling username/password when clicking vault item (i.e., not clicking the fill button)

Is there a way to go back to the default where when you click the vault item in Chrome extension that it opens the vault item instead of trying to autofill? I prefer hitting the fill button instead. For some reason, the entire vault item is the fill button now.

No, this is currently not possible, as the option controlling this behavior was removed in version 2026.4.1. There is a feature request here, where Bitwarden has just announced that the click-to-view option will be restored in an upcoming update.
