Should I be able to use PassKeys to authenticate my Bitwarden account with the Edge (or Chrome) browser extension ?
Assuming you mean “login with passkeys” to the browser extensions: Yes, we should be able to do that - but unfortunately, the feature is not there yet. 
Currently, the “login with passkeys” works only for the web vault.
