I am configuring a self-hosted installation and the next step is to download a license file for my organisation (I am using free license). The tutorial says where I should get it and I find the page, but there is no download link. My interface is in german language, if this matters. This is all what I see there:

Hey, ich habe zwar keine Ahnung vom selbst-hosten - aber steht in der Dokumentation nicht dass man zu “Billing” wechseln soll? Bzw. eigentlich hast du recht… man soll ja zu Subscription (Abo) wechseln… trotzdem mal bei “Zahlungsmethode” oder “Rechnungsverlauf” geguckt?

As shown in this plan comparison table, Self-Hosting is not available for free organizations (it requires a Family plan or Enterprise plan).
There is a user-initiated feature request here (but responses from Bitwarden in the thread have been lukewarm, at best, so I wouldn’t hold my breath):
